Thali Omakase is an all inclusive custom dinner experience, typically presented in 20 components coursed out, embodying the Thali model of eating; all South Indian Texan. With the option to come party early before service starts in the Pre-Party or to hang out and imbibe further in the Post-Party. Complimentary dedicated beverages are included, which can include wine pairings, inventive cocktails and mocktails and really anything in between. All paired with a select playlist to bring out the best flavors and experience.

Currently partnered with Shuck It ATX at Garbo’s for monthly dinners and available for custom private dinners as well.

Pre-party is the best way to get intimate with the team, have a bite never prepared before, feel the hum of service before we start and have a complimentary shot (alcoholic and/or Rasam), a cocktail or mocktail before we start the dinner experience.

If you're anything like Deepa & Alex, before dinner is even done, they’re planning their next move. Fine dining is nice, but where can you get a whole new vibe with a side of wings? That’s what post-party is about. Complete with Rasam based unhinged versions of pizza, wings, or burgers, but nothing you've had before. We go analog, the drinks keep on flowing and the bites to satisfy that post fine dining crave we know scientifically happens cause we're just like you: post Omakase moments made by post Omakase diners.

1. On the booking page, select the date you want, with the coinciding experience, the required deposit ranges based on the experience.

2. The deposit ensures your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with a survey to complete, providing any dietary requirements and additional information we would love to know to heighten your dining experience with us.

3. All deposits are non-refundable, this dinner is a limited seated, unique experience.

4. The week of your dinner, you’ll receive an email with all pertinent information like parking, location, etc. 

5. After your dining experience, we will have the final bill ready for you with the deposit fee deducted from the total. Add ons are available on site but are on a first come, first serve so we highly recommend booking in advance if you'd like to pre party or join us in the after party.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions & we have substitutions for all the meat components of the menu. Please just reach out and let us know what those are at the time of booking.

Dinner starts as soon as all our guests have arrived, but there is a 15 minute grace period. So we kindly ask all patrons to arrive on time.
