Shuck It ATX is a sister-run pop-up from Hannah and Samantha Garbo, rooted in their love for sharing good food with good people. What began as a little spin-off from Garbo’s Lobster has grown into their way of creating something a little offbeat, and completely their own.
They focus on oysters and caviar — the kind of things that feel like a luxury but are meant to be shared casually, gathered around with friends.
For them, it’s about making special moments feel approachable, adding just the right touch of sparkle. At the end of the day, it’s simple, fun, and always by the half shell.

typically presented in 20 components coursed out, embodying the Thali model of eating; all South Indian Texan, all infused with caviar & oysters. Complimentary dedicated beverages are included.
All paired with a select playlist to bring out the best flavors and experience. With the option to come party early before service starts in the Pre-Party or imbibe further in the Post-Party.
